Pastor Rick Warren and his wife, Kay, founded Saddleback Church in 1980 and have since established the Purpose Driven Network, Daily Hope, the PEACE Plan, and Hope for Mental Health. Pastor Rick is the co-founder of Celebrate Recovery with John Baker and continues to be at the forefront of the evangelical movement, encouraging churches everywhere to be a sanctuary for hope and healing.

The goal is to have the whole church bring the whole Gospel to the whole world by 2033.
