CLASS reflects Pastor Rick’s heart for the local church and his commitment to equipping you with resources that guide your congregation through the basics of the Christian faith—helping them become disciples who make disciples.

This discipleship program has been taught in thousands of churches around the world and can be adapted to fit the needs of your church, empowering them to know and obey God’s Word, live with purpose, and join God’s mission in the world. 

What You Will Receive

This program includes four classes:

  • 101: Discovering Our Church Family
    Encourage commitment by helping individuals understand the purpose, vision, and strategy of the church and what it means to belong to the family of God. 
  • 201: Discovering My Spiritual Maturity
    Help your church family develop a plan for spiritual growth and living out their faith through four spiritual habits: time in God’s Word, prayer, tithing, and fellowship.  
  • 301: Discovering My Ministry
    Equip your church family to serve in ministry by teaching them how to identify and use their spiritual gifts so they can discover the pathway to real significance. 
  • 401: Discovering My Life Mission
    Develop your church family to confidently share their faith and testimony as they live out God’s mission to bring the hope and love of Jesus to the world. 

CLASS provides a clear pathway for your church to grow spiritually and live on mission, leading to increasing: 

  • Salvation commitments
  • Baptisms
  • Small group involvement
  • Tithing and generosity
  • Service in ministry and engagement in missions overseas

Each class has a TEACHER’S GUIDE and a PARTICIPANT’S GUIDE. The Teacher’s Guide contains teaching tips and transcripts from Rick Warren. The Participant’s Guide contains key points, Scriptures, and notes.

Microsoft Word — For most churches, this will be the file you edit to fit your context.
